True spiritual transmission cannot be accumulated as personal wealth, nor can it be subjected to the pursuit of personal gratification. If I give someone knowledge, affection, an object, pleasure or pain, these things will eventually disappear. Spiritual giving, however, is not subject to death. The true and essential exchange that should take place between human beings would be to share something that transcends death.
